Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with client requirements and project goals, showcasing creativity and innovation in every proposal.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring they are at the forefront of every project.
• Design Conceptualization : Envision and deliver a client-directed project. Evaluate client needs and provide design options and feasibility.
• Solution Presentation : Present, promote, and sell our construction services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Sales Target Achievement : Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, driving our business's growth.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure the service offerings are accurately represented and align with client expectations.

• Proven Sales Experience : A track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction / design or related industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills : Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Strategic Thinking : A strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute sales plans and strategies.
• Client-Focused : A strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Team Collaboration : A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Educational Foundation : A degree in Design, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
